We are in need of a secretary for the department to perform multiple clerical tasks and help with scheduling staff and records management.
Duties: Performs administrative, information, technical, and clerical functions required to maintain the work flow and efficient operation of the department.
Responsibilities include reception, word processing, manipulating spreadsheets, materials database management, and managing patient/family education resource materials.
Minimum Qualifications: Completion of High School (or equivalent) and 1 year of secretarial experience or equivalent office experience. Must be able to type 65 WPM and have computer knowledge and skills.
