Has crank and hooks for towing.  Both  tow arms swing out 90°  This truck  has been played with when I was a kid but is all intact even has several of the original decals present.  I was always taught to keep my toys nice and clean so they would last a lifetime and then some.  It is in excellant condition and would make a great  play toy for someone or as an addition to a vintage toy collection for the right collector.
