AUTOMOTIVE SERVICE TECHNICIAN – CHRYSLER (8 Positions)

Requirements: 72 months / 9,000 hours of hands-on work experience in a Chrysler dealership.

Job Duties:
· Diagnosing and repairing engine driveline and electric trim of vehicles as specified on the Repair Order.
· Recording all pertinent information clearly on the completed Repair Order.
· Ensuring that the repair order is signed off when work is completed.
· Protecting Customer Vehicles with proper covers, such as seat, floor and fender covers.
· Maintaining the highest standards of workmanship by inspecting and testing all work according to requirements before signing off.
· Performing scheduled maintenance of equipment and calibration checks of test and measuring equipment as required by the manufacturer of the equipment
· Making use of all resources available including the shop foreman when required
· Staying current with your knowledge through service bulletins, recalls and all master tech training or other training required of you from time to time.
· Advising Service Advisors promptly when additional work on the vehicle is required, or time delays will jeopardize the promise time and date.
· Achieving and maintaining CSI and Fixed First Visit scores above regional average.
· Maintain a clean work area and shop equipment
· Reporting all broken, damaged, or missing tools to the Service Manager

Pay Rate: $30.00 - $31.00/hour (CDN)
