PIZZA / BIEROCKS ( First the pizza, Bierocks 3rd paragraph )

We have pizza which you are more likely to say has too much meat and cheese on than too little.
Our crust is never soggy or limp and we put the meat and cheese as close to the edge as possible so our 12" pizza has more area covered with the good stuff than other pizzas which are larger. Fact is you will probably find little or no crust left when you finish.
Four different cheeses mixed for a great taste.
Sauce which is tasty and never watery and runny.
Just a little Italian seasoning for a special taste.
Individual size 5" = $2.50 * 8" about twice the size $3.49 * Large 12" about 3times as

It is said that you should never trust a skinny cook. This may be true but but if you are looking for a nice profit you should never trust a fat cook because they want great food, not great profit. ( I am the fat cook / owner )

Bierocks

We were partners in a BIEROCK drive thru in Wichita on Tyler road about 10 years ago. That place met the wrecking ball is is now a parking lot.

We decided to do it again and opened a small place on New Years Eve at 61t N and Woodlawn.

We are confident that everything we do is as good or better today as it was then and we offer not only bierocks now we have pizza, hotdogs, brisket sandwiches and more.

This location is very secluded and we need to tell people we are here.

Beef and cheese Bierock $3.25

For Sept we will give you a free 24oz fountain drink and a cookie when you buy a bierock and remember you must mention this ad, thanks.

Just go north on Woodlawn to 61st and we are on half block west in a small shopping center.

Or go east on 61st or highway K-254 to woodlawn, you can see our building from the road ( it is the only building on 61st and Woodlawn.
