SMYTH & JONEZ is as much a mission as it is a business. We solve people's problems regardless of circumstance, regardless of type of problem. The following are just a few examples of things we can help you with:

- CUSTOMER TO BUSINESS REPRESENTING - We assist you if you are having a problem with a business that may have failed to meet your expectations or has not fulfilled their obligations.
- BILL NEGOTIATION SERVICES - We negotiate on your behalf to reduce the amount of a specific bill or bills that you have received that may be found to be excessive or unfair.
- LOCATING AND RE-UNITING - We assist in locating relatives or friends that have been separated from you and restore long-lost connections.
- ANONYMITY SERVICES - We assist individuals and businesses research, fact find and develop answers to problems anonymously.

PAYMENT: This is the easy part. While Smyth & Jones is a business and we do charge for our services, we ask that our customers simply pay what they can afford. We will suggest a cost for the solution of your problem and then we will accept whatever amount can be comfortably paid for the service. **There may be instances where we will ask that payment be provided in the form of assistance to others or as assistance to us in the problem solving of others.


DISCLAIMER: Smyth & Jonez works to solve any type of problem regardless of circumstance. However, there are three criteria that must be met for us to take on your case:

LEGAL - The problem you are seeking to resolve must be one that is within legal limts. Smyth and Jonez will not assist in the solving of any problem that has a basis in illegal activity of any kind.
ETHICAL - Smyth & Jonez will work to solve any problem that involves ethical activity. If the problem you seek to resolve involves any unethical activity, Smyth & Jonez will not be able to assist.
MORAL - We assist in any matter of problem solving as long as the issue you are seeking to resolve is one that is moral. If the problem you seek to resolve is not deemed to be moral, we will not be able to assist in that matter.
