Looking for a 2 bdrm 1.5 - 2 bthrm condo on beachfront, perferrably on South Beach Drive and newer than 2000 (i.e. nothing built before 2000 please).

Looking to spend between $160K and $200K - the condition is that the vendor must take back a mortgage of 85% - 90% of the price (I will put down 10% - 15%) if interested. I have plenty of sustainable income and great credit but am Canadian so I am not eligible for reasonable financing from US sources.
