An investor looking to relocate to Brooklyn .
I'm looking to purchase a renovated 2 Family brownstone in Bedstuy.
I'm willing to pay up to $500k if flawless.
The subject property should have a main unit with at least 3 true bedrooms and be 20x100, please no 18 or 17 wide homes.
The property should be in close proximity to Clinton Hill.
I might compromise depending on the block.

If you have a brownstone that needs work I will purchase between $250k and $375k depending on the condition.
I'm looking to purchase within the next 90 days.
I will be available from 9am- 2pm the next two weeks.
I prefer to meet at the property not at your office.
