Director of Facilties


Responsibilities

*
Provision of leadership, direction, planning, administration and management of daily operations of the applicable department.
*
Evaluation, development and preparation of the plan for improving the services in the applicable department.
*
Management of the delivery of care and other services in the applicable department including quality, safety and cost.
*
Monitoring of the performance and compliance in the applicable department with international quality and patient safety, regulatory and accreditation standards.
*
Development and maintenance of effective working relationships with medical staff, nursing staff, members of other Hospital departments and other staff.
*
Recruitment and retention of qualified personnel, including Department Managers/Supervisors, within the applicable department.
*
Supervision of the services provided by the applicable department.
*
The performance of such other and further duties as shall be assigned by NYP Global, the CEO or the respective C Level Personnel from time to time.



Qualifications

*
Degree in Facilities Management from a Western University in North America or Western Europe
*
3-5 years experience in related field and at management/leadership level
*
Knowledge in Facilities Management, management of staff including recruitment and retention procedures, regulatory and accreditation standards, quality and safety, and budgeting.
*
Must have hospital or clinical experience
