This was a six month temporary assignment with an international nutraceutical manufacturer, in the maintenance packaging area of the operation. My primary responsibilities were the assessment of the MP2 Computer Maintenance Management System and to communicate with director, management, internal departments, the evaluation of current the preventative maintenance system and present recommendations of restructure of the system and program to the director, managers and maintenance supervision. A plan was then developed and implemented for the restructure of preventative maintenance program for equipment reliability, focusing on machine specific, production line specific, and preventative maintenance program scheduling. Train maintenance supervision and planner to continue maintenance program.
